测出克拉玛依油田九区克Ａ和克Ｂ稠油中各含氨基酸总量分别为１１．６和７４．１ｍｇ／ｋｇ（原油）。将氨基酸馏分加入同一稠油不乳化馏分与碱液作用，引起体系界面张力的增大。
The total amount of each amino acid contained in Gram-A and Gram-B heavy oil in 9 districts of Karamay Oilfield was 11.6 and 74.1 mg / kg (crude oil), respectively. The amino acid fraction added to the same heavy oil does not emulsify the fraction and the role of lye, causing the system to increase the interfacial tension.
