教学需要反思,只有在反思中,教师才能不断创新,才能不断提高自己的教学能力;也只有在反思中,教师才能成为一个教学的艺术家。恰当处理“学生主体”和“教师主导”这一关系,是语文新课改反思环节中的一项重要内容。
Teaching requires reflection. Only in reflection can teachers innovate continually to improve their teaching ability. Only in reflection can teachers become a teaching artist. Proper handling of the relationship between “student subject” and “teacher-led” is an important part in the reflection of the new curriculum reform in Chinese.
