采用动物试验，观察花珍养生液对经7．03～7．31Gy的60Coγ射线组射小鼠30天存活率，计数受照小鼠白细胞，并检测小鼠血清和肝匀浆SOD、MDA水平，旨在研究花珍养生液抗辐射作用，探讨其作用机理。结果表明：花珍养生液能提高小鼠30天存活率、白细胞计数，还可提高小鼠血清和肝匀浆SOD含量，减少其MDA含量，与对照组比较，差异有显著性。花珍养生液具有抗辐射作用，其作用机理可能与其能提高机体清除氧自由基功能，减轻辐射对小鼠机体的损伤；活化白细胞，促进造血系统和免疫系统恢复，以增强机体对辐射的抵御力有关。
Animal experiments were conducted to observe the 30-day survival rate of mice irradiated with 60 Co γ-rays from 7.03 to 7.31 Gy of Hua Zhen’s fluid and to count white blood cells of irradiated mice, and to measure SOD and MDA levels in serum and liver homogenate of mice. The purpose of this study is to study the anti-radiation effect of Hua Zhen Yang Sheng Ye and explore its mechanism of action. The results showed that: Hua Zhen Yang Sheng Ye can improve the 30-day survival rate of mice, white blood cell count, but also improve the mouse serum and liver homogenate SOD content, reduce the MDA content, compared with the control group, the difference was significant.
