本文在中国加入世界贸易组织十周年之际,回顾我国商品房市场的价格走势。从供求的角度对影响我国房价的因素进行了深入的分析,以期对政府调控房地产市场提出有益的政策建议。
This article reviews the price trend of China’s real estate market on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization. From the perspective of supply and demand, the factors influencing China’s housing prices are analyzed in depth with a view to putting forward beneficial policy suggestions for the government to control the real estate market.
