在岁尾年头的隆冬时节,我们专程去北京,拜访了曾在沈阳担任奉天市委书记的原中纪委副书记赵毅敏老人。到赵老家,我们受到了热情的接待。精神矍烁的赵老站在客厅的门口迎接我们。大家坐定,我们告诉赵老为了纪念沈阳解放五十周年,我们专程来访问赵老。想请赵老给我们谈一谈在沈阳从事地下革命斗争的经历以及对旧沈阳的印象。赵老兴致盎然,侃侃而谈,那清晰的记忆、敏锐的思维及流畅的谈吐着实令我们惊异。因为我们面对的是一位历经苍桑巨变的近百岁的老人,何况我们已经知道赵老曾三次被关押达11年之久,还曾动过三次大手术,赵老这样的健康不能不使人感到神奇。赵老1904年1月生于河南省滑县,1924年11月赴法国勤工俭学,1925年加入中国共产党并到苏联东方大学学习,1928年,回国参加革命斗争,1930年4月,中共满洲省委遭到敌人的严重破坏,工作陷于瘫痪。赵毅敏临危受命,被党中央派到沈阳,与张浩等人重新组建满洲省委,并担任省委常委、宣传部长。

Zhao Lao was born in Huaxian County, Henan Province in January 1904 and went to work-study program in France in November 1924. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1925 and studied in the Eastern University of the Soviet Union. In 1928, he returned to China to participate in the revolutionary struggle. In April 1930, Seriously damaged by the enemy, his work was paralyzed. Zhao Yimin was on the verge of death and was sent to Shenyang by the Party Central Committee and restructured the provincial government of Manchuria with Zhang Hao and others, and served as the provincial party committee member and propaganda minister.
