一概述 YSK—2型移动床水处理程序控制器是为大、中型厂矿企业蒸汽车间的移动床软水交换设备研制的一种自动控制装置。本装置可以控制四个输出通道的各个气动薄膜阀严格地按规定的时间程序开、闭。完成交换、再生、水洗、输送离子交换树脂、等工艺过程。使移动床工作在床身中树脂平衡和离子平衡的状态下、保证水质质量的提高和经济运行。控制器将每一周期的动作时间划分为Z_1～Z_5五段。在每段时间内来分别组合阀门的开、关时间。以武汉第二制药厂的移动床为例,其工艺程序如图1所示。
