1974年春,我们受桑树嫁接方法的启示,在我场口上作业点进行了油松接根扦插试验,扦插24株,成活6株,成活植株生长旺盛。据1977年9月28日调查,最大植株高77厘米,根径2.2厘米;一般植株高30厘米,根径1.2厘米;对照株(实生苗)高25厘米,根径1.2厘米;可见接根扦插最大植株的高和地径生长量分别比对照大208%和83%。并且其根系也明显地比对照发达,接根扦插植株其主根长50厘米以上,侧根20条,最长侧根为84厘米,根系密集分布在土层27-57厘米处;对照株主根长仅25厘米,侧根11条,最长侧根51厘米,根系主要分布在地下5-25厘米处。
In the spring of 1974, we were inspired by the method of mulberry grafting. At the field worksite in my field, we conducted the root cutting test of Pinus tabulaeformis, cutting 24 and surviving 6 plants. The surviving plants grew vigorously. According to the survey of September 28, 1977, the maximum plant height was 77 cm and the root diameter was 2.2 cm. The average plant height was 30 cm and the root diameter was 1.2 cm. The control plant (seedling) was 25 cm high and had a root diameter of 1.2 cm. The maximum plant height and diameter growth were 208% and 83% larger than the control, respectively. And its root system is also significantly developed than the control, rooting cuttings root length of more than 50 cm, 20 lateral roots, the longest lateral root of 84 cm, the root densely distributed in the soil layer 27-57 cm; Cm, lateral root 11, the longest lateral root 51 cm, the root system is mainly distributed in the ground 5-25 cm.
