伙伴教学法在复式教学中的应用

伙伴教学法,也叫“小先生制”,意即伙伴(同学)之间互相教学,由一个儿童教另一个儿童。实施指导的儿童称为“指教者”,接受指导的称为“受教者”。指教者比受教者年级高的,称“异级伙伴教学”;指教育、受教者在同一年级的称“同级伙伴教学”。伙伴教学法运用在复式教学中,作为教师教学活动的一种补充,有助于教师集中精力搞好直接教学,锻炼学生的能力。一般说,两个年级组合的复式班,多采用同级伙伴教学;三个年级以上组合的复式班,可以采用异级伙伴教学。复式教学中运用伙伴教学法,要注意几点:(一)重视学生间的人际关系,在考虑指教者和受 Partner teaching, also known as “Mr. Little”, meaning that partners (classmates) teach each other, from one child to another child.
