本文分析了A1—5%Si合金半固态铸造一次固态颗粒的几种可能成因。固态颗粒可直接在半固态浆液中形成,或由坩锅壁处晶体脱落形成,或由于树枝晶的熔断变形形成。所有这些形成机理均与溶质分布情况有关。
In this paper, we analyze the possible causes of semi-solid casting of A1-5% Si alloy solid particles. The solid particles can be formed directly in the semi-solid slurry or from the crystals at the wall of the crucible or from the de-fuse deformation of dendrites. All of these formation mechanisms are related to the solute distribution.
