导尿操作是侵入性操作,易损伤尿道,每日膀胱冲洗、会阴护理、经常更换尿管及引流袋,容易引起尿路感染,不宜长久应用。使用假性尿套透气性差、尺寸不合适易脱出、胶布固定不舒适;若固定不当可致尿液外渗,局部皮肤红肿及湿疹。使用尿不湿接尿费用支出较大,且易发生皮肤湿疹、压疮及感染。用尿壶接尿条件受限制,患者须神志清醒、语言功能表述清晰,且影响患者翻身,尿液易污染患者衣物及病床,使用效果不满意。我科采用改良保鲜袋加用纸巾新法接尿,临床应用
Catheterization is invasive operation, easy to hurt the urethra, daily bladder irrigation, perineal care, frequent replacement of the catheter and drainage bag, easily lead to urinary tract infection, should not be long-term use. Use of false urine jacket poor ventilation, inappropriate size and easy prolapse, tape fixed uncomfortable; if not fixed can cause extravasation of urine, local skin irritation and eczema. Urinary incontinence urine costs greater spending, and prone to skin eczema, pressure ulcers and infections. Urine urinary conditions are limited, the patient should be conscious, the language features clear, and affect the patient stand up, urine easily contaminated clothing and patient beds, the use of results are not satisfied. Our department uses the improved fresh-keeping bag plus the new method of urinating urine, clinical application
