通过云南省和全国工业产值占GDP的比值、工业能耗占三大产业能耗占比、以及万元工业产值能耗分析发现:云南省的工业经济水平落后全国水平,而能耗水平高于全国水平。其原因是高耗能资源型产业增加值的比例高达45%～50%左右。笔者提出了云南省工业低碳经济发展对策:(1)做强做大支柱产业;(2)限制特高耗能产业,发展设备制造业;(3)调整电力结构,提高煤炭的回收率。
Through the ratio of industrial output value to GDP in Yunnan Province and the whole country, the proportion of energy consumption in the three major industries accounted for by industrial energy consumption, and the energy consumption analysis of RMB10,000 in industrial output shows that the level of industrial economy in Yunnan Province lags behind that of the whole country while the energy consumption level is higher National level. The reason is that the proportion of high energy-consuming resource-based industries is as high as 45% to 50%. The author puts forward the countermeasures for the development of industrial low-carbon economy in Yunnan Province: (1) strengthening and expanding the pillar industries; (2) limiting the ultra-high energy-consuming industries and developing the equipment manufacturing industry; (3) adjusting the power structure and increasing the coal recovery rate.
