本组268例妊娠高血压综合征分析结果表明,季节对发病无明显影响;肾衰、胎盘早剥、DIC等并发症严重威胁母儿健康及生命;多胎妊娠妊高征发生率高于单胎6倍;小样儿发生率为非妊高征的9倍,围产儿死亡率亦是后者的2倍.剖宫产者母儿均良好,且可达安全分娩,但要适当掌握手术指征及时机.硫酸镁是解痉的重要药物,按用药指标适量用药对本病安全有效.适时终止妊娠可改善母儿预后.
