目的研究欣通胶囊对冠状动脉结扎诱发犬急性心肌梗死的心肌酶的影响,为开发新药提供实验依据。方法采用结扎犬冠状动脉的造模方法,建立急性心肌缺血模型,观察欣通胶囊对模型犬血浆中谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响,观察欣通胶囊对急性心肌缺血的保护作用。结果欣通胶囊可以降低急性心肌梗死模型犬血浆中AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平。结论欣通胶囊对犬急性心肌梗死模型有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Xintong capsule on myocardial enzymes induced by coronary artery ligation in dogs with acute myocardial infarction and provide experimental basis for the development of new drugs. Methods Acute myocardial ischemia model was established by ligation of canine coronary arteries, and the effects of Xintong Capsule on plasma levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK-MB) ), Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), to observe the protective effect of Xintong capsule on acute myocardial ischemia. Results Xintong capsule can reduce the levels of AST, CK, CK-MB and LDH in the plasma of acute myocardial infarction model dogs. Conclusion Xintong capsule has a certain protective effect on acute myocardial infarction model in dogs.
