随着煤炭行业衰老矿井的不断增加及关闭破产矿井转产,非煤产业原来用于煤炭生产的管理机制已不适应非煤安全生产管理的需要。如何抓好非煤产业安全管理已成为当今非煤产业的新课题。兖矿集团唐村实业公司经过十几年非煤安全管理,探索出了一套“十大非煤安全管理体系”。他们从管理体制、管理机制和管理方法入手,积极探索、规范、完善非煤安全体制建设,加强安全制度建设和安全队伍建设,加强安全宏观管理,有力促进了非煤产业安全生产。
