目的:探究2型糖尿病患者实施二甲双胍与格列齐特联合治疗的临床疗效,旨在更好为临床服务。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月到河源市源城区上城社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,分别给予不同的药物治疗方案,并分析对比临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率78%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的Hb Alc、2h PG、FPG指标水平均低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实施二甲双胍与格列齐特联合治疗,可显著改善患者临床症状及血糖水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy with metformin and gliclazide in patients with type 2 diabetes to better serve the clinical needs. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2015, 100 cases of type 2 diabetic patients who were treated in Shangcheng Community Health Service Center, Yuancheng District, Heyuan City were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, Drug treatment programs, and analysis of clinical efficacy. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 96% in the observation group and 78% in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of Hb Alc, 2h PG and FPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of metformin and gliclazide in patients with type 2 diabetes can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and blood glucose levels and improve the therapeutic effect.
