用扫描和透射电镜研究了Al_2O_3-(W,Ti)C系陶瓷材料的成分、断口形貌和精细结构。结果表明,陶瓷体是由Al_2O_3、(W,Ti)C和金属粘结相组成。断口形貌为两类骨架结构相互穿插结合,各相致密,其颗粒大小在0.5~1.5μm。有些颗粒内部有细微亚晶粒,尺度在0.1~0.2μm左右。硬度测定指示,材料的维氏和洛氏硬度值分别为HV2600和HRA93.73。根据压痕法测得的压痕裂纹长度和硬度值参数,计算其K_(IC)为5.83MPa·m~(1/2)。该陶瓷已广泛用于制作切削刀具。
The composition, fracture morphology and fine structure of Al_2O_3- (W, Ti) C ceramics were investigated by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the ceramic body is composed of Al 2 O 3, (W, Ti) C and the metal binder phase. Fracture morphology of the two types of skeleton structure interspersed with each other, dense, the particle size of 0.5 ~ 1.5μm. Some particles within the subtle sub-crystal, the scale of about 0.1 ~ 0.2μm. Hardness measurements indicate that the Vickers and Rockwell hardness values for the material are HV2600 and HRA93.73, respectively. According to indentation method to measure the indentation crack length and hardness parameters, calculate K_ (IC) of 5.83MPa · m ~ (1/2). The ceramic has been widely used in the production of cutting tools.
