目的:评价鼻腔给药作为脑靶向给药的途径之一。方法:通过血脑屏障体外模型的建立、脑内药物浓度评价方法等方面的研究,说明鼻腔给药的优越性。结果:鼻腔给药可以提高药物在脑内的浓度,达到脑靶向给药的目的。结论:脑靶向给药存在的问题仍是对血脑屏障的认识不够深入,随着对血脑屏障的转运机制、脑部与鼻腔的结构相连优势、脑内发病机制认识以及靶向药物在脑内的药物动力学规律的深入研究,脑靶向给药研究必有突破。
PURPOSE: To evaluate nasal administration as one of the routes of brain-targeted drug delivery. Methods: Through the establishment of in vitro model of blood-brain barrier and evaluation of drug concentration in brain, the superiority of nasal administration was demonstrated. Results: Nasal administration can increase the concentration of drugs in the brain, to achieve the purpose of brain-targeted drug delivery. CONCLUSIONS: Brain-targeted drug administration still has inadequate understanding of the blood-brain barrier. With the transport mechanism of the blood-brain barrier, the structural advantages of the brain and nasal cavity, the pathogenesis of the brain, and the role of targeted drugs in In-depth study of the laws of pharmacodynamics in the brain, there must be a breakthrough in the study of brain-targeted drug delivery.
