目前用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银(AgDDC)比色法测定砷时多用AgDDC-三乙醇胺/氯仿溶液作为砷化氢的吸收液。氯仿有沸点低(61.5℃),毒性较大,使用和贮藏过程中易产生光气等缺点;1,2-二氯乙烷沸点较高(83.5℃),毒性较小,工作场所的允许浓度比氯仿高一倍。经试验表明,改用1,2-二氯乙烷代替氯仿所配制的吸收液吸收效果和稳定性均不亚于甚至优于氯仿。因此这一改进不仅有益于分析人员的身体健康,而且也给分析操作带来方便。
