患者女,34岁,住院号:086163。以全身肌痛,乏力14年,多饮、多尿5年,于1986年5月11日以糖尿病收入院。查体中发现肌肥大,追溯病史,称“少年时体型即与别的女孩不一样”,虽体健但无力。自1972年在一次野外作业返程中,突然感全身酸痛、抽搐以至卧地,至今手无力、肩不能负重,行走几分钟即要休息。但有时疼痛发作如坚持快走几步疼痛反可减轻。1981年夏天食量突然增大,多饮、多尿,经各项检查后诊为糖尿病。月经史正常,生一女,已12岁,健康。家中两兄弟均健康,但两个妹妹经常乏力,肌痛。
Female patient, 34 years old, hospital number: 086163. To systemic muscle pain, fatigue for 14 years, drink more, polyuria 5 years, on May 11, 1986 with diabetes income hospital. Both brothers are healthy at home, but the two sisters are often weak and myalgia.
