这是利用闭路电视作为导向系统自动焊接工件的一种方法。当电视摄象机观察工件表面时,电视扫描线要排列成平行于待焊接头,以便在光线的恰当排列情况下,电视所接收到的最亮的光源是来自于待焊接头。用消隐电路来消除因划痕和粗糙点光线折射所引起的误差,剩下的就全是单行扫描线方向的发亮的焊接接头所产生的电视信号电压了。当焊枪沿工件表面移动时,是通过对包含焊点反射光线在内的扫描线的位置计算,再把反射位置的改变转换成模拟电压来进行校正的。再通过模拟电压驱动伺服马达来校正焊枪移动的偏差。
This is a way to automate the welding of workpieces using CCTV as a guidance system. When the television camera views the surface of the workpiece, the television scanning lines are arranged parallel to the to-be-welded terminals so that the brightest light source received by the television comes from the to-be-welded terminals in the proper arrangement of the light. Blanking circuits are used to eliminate errors caused by scratches and rough-point refraction. All that remains is the TV signal voltage generated by the shiny soldered joints in the direction of a single scan line. As the torch moves along the surface of the workpiece, it is corrected by calculating the position of the scan line that contains the reflected light from the solder joint and converting the change in the reflected position to an analog voltage. And then through the analog voltage-driven servo motor to correct the movement of the torch deviation.
