Dr. Lin Jinzhong, an associate professor at the Institute of Economics of Xiamen University, recently published this book. This book is the result of a Ph.D. project in the humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education that was rewritten on the basis of doctoral dissertations with new materials. Book 6 chapters, more than 20 words. More in-depth and systematic study and elaboration of some of the theoretical and practical issues of business organizations. The book begins with a review of some of the major theories of business organizations and makes clear that Marx's historical materialism and division of labor theory are the basic guiding principles and that the economic relations among the enterprises are discussed from the perspective of division of labor and coordination.
