2007年经济领域最热门的词莫过于“又好又快”。新物权法、新企业所得税法、劳动合同法的颁布,意味着我国市场经济体制得到了进一步的完善:个体利益与集体利益、国家利益都享受到一视同仁的保护;中资、外资,国有、民营在统一的税率下参与市场竞争;雇主与雇员的权利与义务得到了法律的保证与规范。这些都为促进经济的“又好又快”发展提供了法律保障。
The hottest word in the economy in 2007 was “Good and Fast.” The new property law, the new corporate income tax law and the promulgation of the Labor Contract Law mean that our market economic system has been further perfected: individual and collective interests and national interests enjoy equal protection. Chinese-funded, foreign-funded, state-owned and private-owned Uniform tax rates to participate in market competition; employer and employee rights and obligations have been guaranteed by the law and norms. All of these have provided legal guarantee for the development of “sound and fast” economic development.
