陈徽是江西省蓝天学院金融专业的一名应届本科毕业生,也是一名家庭困难、就业困难的“双困生”。经学校就业处推荐,她被江西省人力资源市场列为就业援助对象。记者跟踪并记录了江西省人力资源市场就业援助小组帮扶她成功就业的过程。从陈徽的个人经历中可以看出,“双困”高校毕业生就业帮扶措施以其个性化的服务和心贴心的援助,对大学生、特别是困难大学生顺利就业起到了重要的推动作用。
