财务一把手的称谓令人困扰,难成共识。有称总会计师的,也有称财务总监的,还有叫首席财务官的。总会计师堪称耳熟能详,但略显土气,且易使人将其定格为账房先生。首席财务宫(ChiefFinancial Officer,缩写为 CFO)的称呼洋味太浓,且“官气”十足,与财务一把手沉浮商海、四处求人的身份不尽契合。财务总监的叫法不土不洋,但过于强调财务一把手的监督职能,淡化了其价值创造的内涵,且实行委派制后,财务总监有外派和内派之分,喜欢简称的国人很快会将其叫做“外
