以BF3·X(X=Et2O,H2O,H3PO4,HOAc,HOEt)对MCM-41分子筛进行表面改性,具体合成了BF3·X/MCM-41固体酸催化剂,同时采用XRD和原位FT-IR技术对BF3·X/MCM-41催化剂进行表征,并探讨了催化剂的制备条件对环氧氯丙烷与异丁醇的缩合反应性能的影响.
The surface of MCM-41 molecular sieve was modified by BF3 · X (X = Et2O, H2O, H3PO4, HOAc and HOEt) to synthesize the BF3 · X / MCM-41 solid acid catalyst. XRD and in situ FT-IR Technology BF3 · X / MCM-41 catalyst was characterized and discussed the catalyst preparation conditions on the epichlorohydrin and isobutanol condensation reaction performance.
