桥本氏甲状腺炎是一种临床常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,病程进展缓慢,甲状腺大小、质地、功能均表现各异,容易和其他甲状腺疾病混淆。亚甲炎多为病毒感染导致的甲状腺破坏,两者病因各异,我们收治了1例具有甲状腺疾病家族史患者,初诊为亚甲炎,最终细针穿刺诊断为桥本氏甲状腺炎,
Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is a common clinical autoimmune thyroid disease, slow progression, thyroid size, texture, function are different, and other thyroid diseases easily confused. The most common causes of thyroid damage due to virus infection were both methylenetritis. The two causes were different. We treated 1 patient with a family history of thyroid disease, first diagnosed as methicillin, and finally diagnosed as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis by fine needle aspiration.
