对银杏花粉的一般性状和化学成分进行了初步研究,内容包括花粉堆积密度,每克的花粉数目,孢粉素含量,黄酮含量及甙元组成、脂肪酸组成。结果表明,花粉中总黄酮甙含量为095%,主要甙元为山柰酚,脂肪酸组成为棕榈酸217%,硬脂酸75%,油酸277%,亚油酸60%,亚麻酸162%,花粉壁主要组成孢粉素含量为15%。
The general characteristics and chemical composition of ginkgo pollen were studied. The contents include pollen bulk density, pollen per gram, pollen content, flavone content, aglycone composition and fatty acid composition. The results showed that the content of total flavonoid glycosides in pollen was 095%, the major aglycone was kaempferol, the fatty acid composition was 217% of palmitic acid, 75% of stearic acid, 277% of oleic acid, Acid 6 0%, linolenic acid 16 2%, mainly composed of pollen wall sporopollenin content of 15%.
