采用先进的煤炭深度脱硫技术对细嵌布的四川磨心坡煤进行精选 ,得到满意的降硫和脱灰效果 .这种技术的关键是煤炭的超细磨、先进的分选技术和细粒煤的脱水 .首先对原料煤进行煤质和岩相分析 ,而后进行超细磨和深度分选研究 .用先进的煤炭物理深度分选技术可将煤的灰分降低到 6 % ,硫分降低到 1 .2 %以下 ,可燃体回收率为 6 4% .常规浮选配合部分浮选原料直接深加工可以获得综合降灰和脱硫效果 ;常规浮选配合尾煤深加工也可以获得综合降灰和脱硫效果 .
