人权保障是判断一个国家的文明与发展的重要标准之一。本文首先讨论了当前刑事侦查阶段人权保障中的问题,目前存在暴力执法、监管不完善以及搜查、羁押过程中侵权等现象。然后从立法等方面就出现的问题的原因进行分析并提出完善刑事侦查阶段人权保障的建议。希望本文能够对刑事侦查阶段人权保障工作的进步有积极的促进意义。
Protection of human rights is one of the important criteria for judging a country’s civilization and development. This article first discusses the current problems in the criminal investigation of human rights protection, there are currently violent law enforcement, supervision is not perfect, and search, custody in the process of infringement and so on. Then from the aspects of legislation and so on, it analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the protection of human rights in the criminal investigation stage. I hope this article can promote the progress of human rights protection in criminal investigation stage.
