文章利用扫描电镜等方法对激光熔化区的单次扫描区和搭接扫描区进行分析、比较,发现了激光搭接区出现晶粒粗大、成分偏析和显微硬度下降等现象。
In this paper, scanning and scanning electron microscopy and other methods were used to analyze and compare the single scanning zone and lap scanning zone in the laser melting zone. The phenomena of coarse grains, segregation of components and decrease of microhardness were found in laser lapping zone.
