女,汉族,出生于1947年,北京人。中国青年政治学院原党委书记、教授,兼中国青年政治学院、中央团校青年发展研究院院长。长期从事青少年、儿童福利及社会工作研究。曾参与主持国内第一个少年思想政治教育专业学系的筹建,筹建了国内高等院校第一个社会工作系。主要社会兼职:中国青少年研究会副会长、中国社会工作教育协会副会长、中国少先队工作学会副会长、教育部社会学教学指导委员会委员、中国社会工作协会专家委员会执行主任、中国婚姻家庭研究会常务理事、中央电视台青少频道咨询委员会委员等。

China Youth Political College, former party secretary, professor, and China Youth Political College, Central Youth League Youth Development Research Institute. Has long been engaged in adolescents, children’s welfare and social work research.
