现阶段我国的集群企业升级存在较大的价值空间。全球价值链嵌入在集群企业内部能力相对薄弱阶段对集群企业升级能力的提升更为显著。集群企业通过嵌入全球价值链获取升级所需的技术能力、制造能力和营销能力进而实现企业升级。在此基础上，本文提出全球价值链嵌入推动集群企业升级的直接和间接路径理论模型。通过对浙江四大产业集群的实证分析，结果表明，全球价值链嵌入不仅有助于推动集群企业的产品升级和流程升级，同样也推动着集群企业的功能升级和链条升级。且集群企业的技术能力、制造能力和营销能力是升级得以实现的中介变量。","There is a large value space of cluster enterprises upgrade in China at present. When the cluster enterprises intal capacity is relatively weak, global value chain embeddedness has the more significant impact on enhancing the ability of cluster enterprises to upgrade. Cluster enterprises through embed to global value chain to acquire the technological capabilities, manufacturing capacities and marketing capabilities that are required to upgrade. On this basis, this paper presents the theoretical model of the direct and indirect paths to global value chain embeddedness promote cluster enterprises upgrading. Empirical results show that the global value chain embeddedness not only helps promote the cluster enterprises products upgrading and processes upgrading, also promote the functional upgrading and chains upgrading of cluster enterprises. Meanwhile the technological capabilities, manufacturing capacities and marketing capabilities of cluster enterprises are the mediating variables of cluster enterprises upgrading.
