带钢温度的准确预测对带钢连续热处理炉的设计、离线分析、在线控制具有重要意义。基于蒙特卡洛方法,建立了带钢连续热处理立式炉热过程分析模型,该模型将W型辐射管简化为I型辐射管,考虑了辐射管温度分布对带钢温度分布的影响,能够模拟不同带钢规格、钢种、带速、炉温制度、辐射管温度分布等工况下的带钢温度。为带钢连续热处理立式炉热过程分析奠定了基础。
The accurate prediction of the strip temperature is of great significance to the design, off-line analysis and on-line control of the strip continuous heat treatment furnace. Based on the Monte Carlo method, the thermal process analysis model of a vertical furnace with continuous strip heat treatment was set up. This model simplified the W-type radiant tube into a type I radiant tube. Considering the influence of the temperature distribution of the radiant tube on the temperature distribution of the strip, Different strip specifications, steel, belt speed, furnace temperature system, the temperature distribution of the radiation pipe strip temperature conditions. It laid the foundation for the analysis of thermal process of continuous furnace with continuous heat treatment.
