Bone age is the most accurate measure of individual developmental maturity. In order to get an accurate understanding of the effect of high fluoride on bone age, we selected 123 regiments of 8.1 mg / L water and 128 regiments of 8.0 mg / L fluoride as investigation points, with a water fluoride of 0.37 mg / L Triton schools as a control point for 7 to 16-year-old children and adolescents locally grown 355 people were investigated. Shooting left anteroposterior film, bone age evaluation by Lee’s percentage method. The 176 patients in the high fluoride area had a bone age of 38.64% and the backward rate of 179 children in the control area was 8.94%. The high fluoride area lags behind the control area very significantly, indicating that high fluoride has an impact on the bone age. 91 of the men in the high fluoride area have a backward bone length
