目的了解深圳市宝安区野外和居民鼠密度、鼠体染蚤率及鼠间鼠疫流行动态情况。方法2005年5月20日至26日采取诱笼法,对辖区内进行了鼠疫监测,野外鼠疫监测点公明、光明街道,居民鼠疫监测点龙华街道。结果共布鼠笼2 345个,有效鼠笼2 337个,共捕鼠138只,总密度5.9%,褐家鼠密度最高4.1%。共检鼠血液120份,结果全部为阴性。结论未发现鼠间鼠疫流行,局部鼠密度偏高,需要开展灭鼠活动防止发生鼠间鼠疫流行。
Objective To understand the density of rodents in the field and residents in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City, the rate of stained flea and the prevalence of plague in rats. Methods From May 20 to May 26, 2005, a cage-inducing method was used to monitor the plague in the area. The field plague monitoring points were clear, the bright street and the resident plague monitoring point Longhua street. Results A total of 2 345 squirrels and 2,337 effective squirrels were co-distributed. A total of 138 mice were caught, with a total density of 5.9% and a brown rat density of 4.1%. A total of 120 mice blood test results were negative. Conclusion No plague epidemic was found in mice and local rat density was high. It is necessary to carry out rodent control activities to prevent the occurrence of plague epidemics.
