十年改革促进了我国农村商品经济的发展,乡镇企业也随之在农村发展壮大。但是,由于沿袭传统体制下的集体经济的一些经营组织形式,乡镇企业在生长、发展过程中表现出与传统体制下的集体经济相同的弊端。其最主要的弊端之一就是企业产权不清晰,由此而产生了许多问题。最近,四川省社会科学院体改所和四川宜宾地区体改办的同志联合对宜宾市食品设备厂进行调查,从中反映出了乡镇企业在深化改革过程中存在的一些问题,并得到了一些有益的启示。
The reform of the past decade has promoted the development of rural commodity economy in our country, and township and village enterprises have also developed and expanded in rural areas. However, as a result of some form of management organization of the collective economy under the traditional system, the township and village enterprises show the same disadvantages as the collective economy under the traditional system in their growth and development.
