目的对安吉白茶园区近年来有机磷农药中毒原因进行调查分析,提出合理的防范措施。方法收集2012年2月-2015年4月期间有机磷农药中毒患者500例,随机抽取110例,根据中毒的时间、性别、年龄等方面,将全部病例分类进行统计分析。结果有机磷农药中毒在近几年呈现出稳定中略有上升趋势。生产中毒呈现明显的月份相关性,每年5-7月和8-10月的中毒人数多于其他月份,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);35~49岁和50~65岁年龄段的人数最多,且男性多于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而非生产中毒与月份无相关,各月间无差别,年龄和性别在中毒人数上无差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生产活动中接触高毒农药是生产中毒的主要原因,自服、误服农药属非生产中毒的主要原因。因此,加强农药使用的安全性宣传十分必要。同时,在生产作业管理中要适时做好防范工作,从根本上做到安全使用农药,降低农药中毒事故的发生,保证作业人员的生命和身体不受威胁。
Objective To investigate the causes of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in Anji white tea garden in recent years and put forward reasonable precautionary measures. Methods 500 cases of organophosphate pesticide poisoning during February 2012-April 2015 were collected and 110 cases were randomly selected. All the cases were classified for statistical analysis according to the time, sex and age of poisoning. Results Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in recent years showed a slight upward trend in stability. There was a significant monthly correlation between production poisoning and poisoning in May-July and August-October each year. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); in 35-49 and 50-65 years (P <0.05). Non-production poisoning was not related to the month, there was no difference in each month, there was no difference in age and sex in the number of poisoning, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions Exposure to highly toxic pesticides in production activities is the major cause of poisoning. Self-serving and accidentally taking pesticides are the leading causes of non-production poisoning. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the safety of pesticide use. In the meantime, it is imperative to do preventive work in a timely manner in the management of production operations, fundamentally ensure the safe use of pesticides, reduce the incidence of pesticide poisoning accidents and ensure that the life and body of workers are not threatened.
