随着21世纪教育大发展的到来,以及学校体育功能的不断扩大,学校教育工作也由原来的“应试教育”向“素质教育”转变。面对新形势,体育教学工作者在新课程理念下应该怎样重构自身的素质呢?通过对存在问题与现状的分析,阐述了在新课程理念下体育教师自身素质构建的要点。
With the great development of education in the 21st century and the continuous expansion of school sports functions, school education has also changed from the original “examination-oriented education” to “quality education”. In the face of the new situation, how should physical education teachers reconstruct their own qualities under the new curriculum concept? By analyzing the existing problems and the current situation, the author elaborates the main points of constructing the physical quality of physical education teachers under the new curriculum concept.
