工程项目成本预测,是指当确定成本目标之后,结合项目进展所进行的一系列预测,通过它来判断能否达目标,是否需要修改计划,它是选择达到目标最佳途径的重手段。项目成本预测可分为综合预测与按成本项目预测两类做法。综合预测是针对一定期间或若干分部分项成本进行预测,主要用于决策;分项成本项目预测,是在按成本项目归集生产费用的基础上,对每一成本项目(如材料、人工)的收支情况加以预测。主要用于对生产费用的控制。
