With the deepening of reforms, China’s private technology companies have developed rapidly. However, due to various reasons, some privately-owned science and technology enterprises face difficulties and are struggling. First, property rights are repeatedly infringed and it is difficult to protect scientific research results. Most private technology companies have exhausted their energy and financial resources to develop a product. Once they are counterfeited by a criminal and lose their markets, they will go bankrupt. Of the 50 privately-owned technology companies surveyed by the author, 13 products were counterfeited, and 2 were thus closed down. The second is the shortage of funds, loans are difficult. Private technology companies are mostly Hi-Tech
