自2006年起,教育部和科技部每年共同举办“春晖杯”中国留学人员创新创业大赛。今年这项活动已经迈入第10个年头。目前,大赛已经发展成为一个汇聚海外留学人才和项目、引导和培育留学人员回国创新创业、促进产学研对接和技术转移、促进科技项目孵化和产业化的重要平台。今年大赛还设立了北美赛区和法国赛区,广大在外留学人员积极踊跃参赛,展现出了日益高涨的回国服务热潮。“春晖杯”只不过是一个缩影,从中释放出来的信息,是海归创业环境翻天覆地的变化,是未来广大留学人员创新创业的美好前景,
Since 2006, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly hold the “Chunhui Cup” Chinese Students Studying Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition every year. This year this activity has entered its tenth year. At present, the competition has developed into an important platform that brings together overseas students and projects, guides and nurtures returned overseas students to start their own businesses, promotes docking between industries, universities and research institutes and technology transfer, and promotes the incubation and industrialization of science and technology projects.
