在班级管理工作中,对于学生犯错行为的处理方式,一直是广大教师着力研究的问题。如何能够既照顾到学生的自尊心,同时还能让学生吸取这次的错误经验,在今后的日常学习和生活当中改正并避免这类错误的发生,是学生犯错后教师处理工作的重点和难点。“人非圣贤,孰能无过?”随着时代的发展,学生在思维方式以及对事物的认知方式也在逐渐发生着变化,如何因材施教,针对不同的学生进行个性化的开导和教学方式,是本文着重研究的方向。
