Objective: To study the diagnostic value of neuro-repetitive electrical stimulation on neuromuscular junction lesions. Methods: Neuromatic 2000C and Keypoint EMG were used to examine the repeated electrical stimulation of 188 neurons in 93 patients with neurological weakness. According to clinical diagnosis, they were divided into MG group (n = 59) And non-myasthenia gravis (nMG) group (n = 34). Results: The positive rate of amplitude attenuation (64%) induced by repeated nerve stimulation in MG group was significantly higher than that in nMG group (88%) (P <0005). 97.5% of patients with MG can get positive results when stimulated by low frequency. The stimulus with the largest amplitude attenuation is 5Hz instead of 3Hz. The diagnostic value of the measured wave area for MG is superior to the measured amplitude. CONCLUSIONS: Nerve repetitive electrical stimulation testing is of great value in the diagnosis of neuromuscular junction lesions
