民办高校作为我国体制外办学的重要形式,在资金的筹集以及办学主体责权上都和普通高等院校存在差别。高校在办学主体的多元化中实现了教育事业的繁荣发展,但是就民办高校的发展存在着一些具体的问题需要讨论。民办高校法人在办学中作为投资者具有自己的利益存在,单纯的公益和私利模糊了民办高校本质。对民办高校法人财产权制度的研究也是对民办高校在我国教育体系中地位的探讨。
Private colleges and universities as an important form of our country’s system of running schools, there are differences between ordinary colleges and universities in raising funds and the principal and responsibility of running a school. Colleges and universities have realized the prosperous development of education in the diversification of schools, but there are some specific problems that need to be discussed in the development of private colleges and universities. Private colleges and universities have their own interests as investors in running schools, pure public interest and private interests blur the nature of private colleges and universities.
