随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,社会对于专业的英语人才需求量在不断增加。高校英语专业培养出来的人才难以满足社会对于英语人才的要求标准,主要是由于,当前高校英语专业教学模式存在着一定的问题。所以,这就需要优化教学模式,创新教学体系,注重能力与素质并重的教学模式。本文通过对于当前高校英语专业人才培养过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了有效开展英语专业教学的策略。旨在有效提高英语教学效率,提升人才的专业素质。
With the rapid social and economic development in our country, the demand for professional English professionals in the society is on the increase. The talents trained by college English major can hardly meet the social standard of English talents. The main reason is that there are some problems in the present college English teaching mode. Therefore, this needs to optimize the teaching model, innovation teaching system, pay attention to the ability and quality of both teaching mode. This article analyzes the existing problems in the process of cultivating English majors in colleges and universities and puts forward some effective strategies for teaching English majors. Aims to effectively improve the efficiency of English teaching, improve the professional quality of personnel.
