华药教育中心的工作方针是:切实有效服务生产、促进华药二次腾飞。他们在改革开放的新形势下,以岗位培训和继续教育为重点,拓展培训渠道,多层次、全方位开展职工教育,极大地提高了职工的操作技能和整体素质,有效地促进了企业的科技进步和新工艺、新设备、新项目的上马。连续十年被省、市、国家医药总局授予“职工教育先进单位”光荣称号。
