1 做好建册管理 建册管理是新生儿出生后建立保健手册的制度,是开展儿童计划免疫的注册登记手续。我们规定建册一般在产后访视时进行,其目的是让家长了解预防接种的重要意义和注意事项,能主动予以配合。
