用数值分析法对52株分离自四川、广东、江西的慢生花生根瘤菌和12株参考菌株(5株为分类地位已知的慢生根瘤菌,7株为Bradyrhizobiumsp.)进行了131项表型性状的测定,并随机选取了部分菌株同慢生型大豆根瘤菌两个种的标准菌株(ATCC10324T和USDA76T)进行了DNA同源性测定。数值分类除3个菌株外,其余菌株在82%相似性水平处聚为6个亚群,表现出了明显的多样性。从6个亚群中随机选取20个菌株同B.japonicum的标准菌株ATCC10324T或B.elkani的标准菌株USDA76T进行DNA杂交的结果表明:慢生型花生根瘤菌在分类上分别归属于B.japonicum和B.elkani两个种。
A total of 52 strains of Bradyrhizobium japonicum isolated from Sichuan, Guangdong and Jiangxi Provinces and 12 reference strains (5 strains Bradyrhizobium sp. Having known taxa from Bradyrhizobium sp.) Were studied by numerical analysis. Type of traits and some strains were selected randomly with the slow-growing soybean rhizobium two strains of standard strains (ATCC10324T and USDA76T) for DNA homology determination. In addition to the three strains, the other strains clustered into six subgroups at the similarity level of 82%, showing obvious diversity. Twenty bacterial strains were randomly selected from the six subgroups. The standard strain of japonicum ATCC10324T or B. Elkani standard strain USDA76T DNA hybridization results show that: slow-growing peanut rhizobia belonging to the classification of B. japonicum and B. elkani two species.
