目前,广州市城区大部分配电网已实现“2-1”环网供电方式,郊区10KV架空线网也正逐步改造为干线分段,互为拖手联络的网络形式。 1 配网自动化工作开展情况 1.1 收集资料,编制规划 1996年以来,我们一方面了解国内各兄弟局的配网自动化进展情况,另一方面积极了解国外配网自动化动态,开阔思路,收集了大量基础资料。为避免重复投资,于1996年10月制定了我局《中低压配电网自动化规划(讨论稿)》,明确了我局配网自动化系统的分类、配置和系统功能。
