目的 :探讨癌基因 C-myc产物在实验性大鼠肝癌变过程中作用。方法 :应用 C-myc癌基因蛋白单克隆抗体 ,采用免疫组化 SP方法 ,检测分析大鼠肝癌变过程中 C-myc蛋白表达。结果 :诱癌早期增生的肝细胞及变异肝细胞灶中即显示 C-myc的过度表达 ,并随增生肝细胞结节的形成和演进所表达的细胞也增多。结论 :癌基因 C-myc激活后其产物超量表达参与了实验性肝癌的发生和发展 ,也为人类肝癌提供了一个参考诊断标志
Objective: To investigate the role of oncogene C-myc in rat hepatocarcinogenesis. Methods: C-myc oncoprotein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method using C-myc oncoprotein monoclonal antibody. Results: The overexpression of C-myc was observed in the hepatocytes and the variant hepatocytes in the early stage of cancer induction, and the number of cells expressed with the formation and evolution of the proliferative hepatic cell nodules also increased. Conclusion: The overexpression of C-myc oncogene involved in the occurrence and development of experimental hepatocellular carcinoma and also provides a reference diagnostic marker for human hepatocellular carcinoma
